Lost another offer on a house. This one was going to be really nice, too. Single family home. In Rockville, just 13 miles from Tony's work. Nice fenced in yard, 2,000 sq ft, with 6 potential bedrooms. I guess you could say it was a little better situation than the last one we lost- this one only had 15 offers, as opposed to 22 on the other. And offer #2 is still sitting as a back-up on a short sale (for those of you who don't live in the DC Area, that is code for 'NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!')...
